The hotel's location is incredible, overlooking the cathedral and Zócalo, which is the only positive thing about this property. The rooms are okay, shared with 12 people on the 5th floor but do have lockers if you bring a padlock. The service seemed to focus on flirting with specific guests, offering little help otherwise. The dining was a mix of very good options like scrambled eggs and pancakes but also included mediocre choices like fruit and cereal. The facility boasts a great central location and is very safe with tours/ticket assistance available.
